8. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Client Data: You own your customer data, contacts, and content you upload. You may access and download this data through available platform features.
- Our IP: All systems, processes, templates, campaign structures, automations, and methods created or provided by Swamped remain our proprietary intellectual property. Clients receive only a limited, non-transferable license to use them for internal business purposes.
- Deliverables: Clients own final deliverables (e.g., completed websites) that are explicitly purchased. However, the proprietary processes used to create them remain Swamped’s property.
- No Custom Data Exports: We are not obligated to create or provide custom data exports beyond what the platform’s standard features allow.
9. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links to products or services are affiliate or referral links. If you use these links, we may receive compensation at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools or partners we believe add value.
10. Age Restrictions
